Green Eggs is a family owned and operated free range egg producer, located in the Grampians region of Western Victoria. Green Eggs is a product of Jaskro Park run by the Warner family.
It all began with the Green family, pioneers of free-range egg production in Victoria, who established Green Eggs over 15 years ago.
Today, the Warner family from Dundonnell, Victoria, continue the legacy built by the Green family, upholding the values and commitment to quality that have always been at the heart of Green Eggs.
As fourth and fifth-generation farmers, the Warner family bring a long-standing tradition of producing quality food, alongside a vision for a sustainable and regenerative future. The purchase of the Great Western farm has allowed them to expand their enterprise and continue supplying fresh, quality eggs to Victorians.
The Farm
Located north-east of Great Western, the 1,200-acre farm features rolling hills dotted with old Red Gums, with expansive views across the Black Ranges, the Grampians and the Great Western Wind Farm.
The property is home to 35,000 hens, alongside sheep and our much loved Maremma dogs. Caring for the land is an important part of our farm's history, with involvement in numerous Landcare projects over the years. These have included fencing off most of the property's creeks and smaller streams to help prevent erosion, as well as planting trees to establish wildlife corridors and shelter belts that provide protection for livestock.
